Coastal dune plants are extremely tough and salt tolerant. Ground covers, shrubs and small
trees, these plants provide structure to the dunes and habitat to many birds, insects and wildlife.

Ground covers spread along the ground and help prevent sand drift. They also attract and feed insects and lizards.
